Don't you just love the feeling you get when you finish sewing something, and it's absolutely love? That's exactly how I felt when I finished my new Classic Shell by Winter Wear Designs .  This really is an amazing pattern! Calling all babies!! Calling all babies! Or really, just those of you who sew for babies! You're going to definitely want to check out this new cute little romper pattern . This week, Mamma Can Do It is running the last week of the " Winter Tour ."  Her "Winter Tour" was a group of patterns she was promoting and selling at half price for one week. This week, part of the tour included this beautiful Ladies Full Skirt Dress . I really liked the look of the dress on the website, but was pretty reluctant to make one for myself because I'm still nursing my baby, and plan to for a while longer. And dresses are not the most practical thing while breastfeeding! So, I decided to come up with a nursing hack, and I shared it on the MCDI blog. Recreating the Original When I was pregnant with Daniel, my now big  3-year-old , I was at a little local baby boutique with my mama and fell in love with this little romper! I just thought it was super cute, and really loved it.   My great aunt, my Aunt Faye, knew I loved it and had my mama go back and get it for me. It was so special to me, and we used it for pictures of Daniel. Daniel was born in December, and the romper was made with  co rduroy  fabric, so it was made for cooler weather.   Well, Luke was born in April, and a size 3 month was fitting him in like May or June, so it didn't even occur to me to get the romper out. When my sister's baby was born, we started pulling out all of Daniel's clothes, because he was going to fit into Daniel's seasonal things that Luke couldn't wear. I was really kicking myself for not using a few of those outfits, at least for pictures only. Why didn't it occur to us to use them for pictures only? ...
