The Wardrobe by Me Asta Dress

Sometimes you find a pattern that you'll pull out again and again. That is the case with this pattern. I love wearing dresses. I feel so pretty and feminine. Putting on a dress can put me in a better mood sometimes. So I was more than excited to test the expansion of the Asta Dress. **Disclosure: I have included my affiliate link to the pattern I used for this post. Ready for Spring - the Pattern Emporium Spellbound Dress

Y'all, I'm READY for Spring. Our Winter wasn't exceptionally terrible, but I'm ready for some pretty days and outside time. We've had a few sneaky days mixed in lately that had wonderful weather, and they made me all the more ready! So... The Annelaine Nashville

Last year, I saw this fabric, and fell in love. I bought it and have had it folded on a shelf for close to a year.  Recently, when Amelia Lane Designs stocked this one, I got so excited because it was JUST like my beautiful hoarded gold/brown medallion fabric, but had more blue/grey tones. I loved it just as much. I made a dress from it. See that dress here. **Disclosure: I have included my affiliate link to the pattern I used for this post. If you choose to purchase a pattern using my link, I'll receive a commission of the sale at no additional cost to you** Then, this week, when Annelaine announced that their Nashville Dress was discounted for the week, I decided to take the opportunity to sew one. I looked at my fabric stash and eventually chose to cut into this one. The Fabric: The fabric is a double brushed poly (DBP) fabric I got from Amelia Lane Designs . It is so soft, and perfect for making tops and dresses. This fabric is no longer available, but...

I love it oh so much!  **Disclosure: This blog post contains my affiliate link to the pattern I tested. If you choose to purchase a pattern using my link, I'll receive a small commission of the sale at no additional cost to you** When I saw the tester call for the Going Places Dress , I eagerly applied thinking it looks like something I would love! And, I do. 😉 I originally planned to make two - one of the fitted and one fit and flare. But I somehow have two fit and flare dresses and am still planning to make the fitted one!  It is such a classic style! I want several for every day next summer! 💓 The Pattern : As you've probably gathered, there are two big options for this dress- the fitted or the fit and flare. The fitted version can be made with a straight hem or with a flounce hem.The fit and flare has multiple length options- everything...
