Ready for Valentine's Day!

I've had this fabric for a few weeks with plans of making some tee shirts for Valentine's Day... I knew what I wanted to make, but had not decided which pattern to use. As soon as I received the fabric, I prewashed everything. I prewashed the burgundy like seven or so times to make sure it didn't bleed on the white in future washes! But then I didn't sew it until this week! I spent too much time trying to decide which pattern to use to make these basic shirts. I knew I wanted to make a short sleeve shirt from the sharks layered over an attached long sleeve with a burgundy neckband. Simple. But I put it off because I wanted to make sure I used something with a slim enough long sleeve for the short sleeve to fit easily over, and I was trying to decide. Also, I kind of don't enjoy sewing sleeves in the round, and kind of don't do it unless it's necessary (with layered sleeves or woven fabrics).
