It's been a little bit since I've tested for Sinclair, but if you've been following me for any time, you probably know that I have a love for Sinclair Patterns. They fit me SO well. So, when Oxana posted a picture of herself wearing this new tank one day, I loved it, and I eagerly applied to test immediately. I made a jacket, y'all! I think this might be the most complex pattern I've made before. I've really been pushing myself lately to stretch my skill set... and doing that has required that I sew woven fabrics a bit more. You know, I love knits because they're quick and easy to sew. I love trying new things when it comes to sewing. I love learning new techniques, how to do things different ways, and figuring things out. For the most part, I also enjoy trying new-to-me pattern designers. This was my first ever pattern by Halla  - the AGNES . Yep, I downloaded it a long time ago when it released, but this was my first time ever making it! I downloaded it with intentions of trying it because it was so popular. Have you ever made a dolman top? If you're new to sewing apparel, I'd recommend starting with a dolman style top... they're easy to put together and fast to sew.
