I always get so excited about new fabric releases from Amelia Lane Designs. Frequently, they give me the opportunity to sew something I might not otherwise and try something new. I have learned a lot sewing for them, like how to sew swim and athletic wear. The La Bella Donna top was on a Featured Friday sale a few weeks back. Have you ever made a dolman top? If you're new to sewing apparel, I'd recommend starting with a dolman style top... they're easy to put together and fast to sew.
