When it comes to sewing, I'm always excited to try something new. When Amelia Lane Designs announced they're stocking some "hybrid" athletic fabric, I was pretty excited to try it. I struggled a bit deciding what to sew though. I've made a few pairs of leggings in the past with athletics, and love them, but they're not getting a ton of wear at the moment, because it's already getting too hot outside! I've made two bralette type bra tops in the past, but never anything for exercise, and I've kind of been wanting to try. So I decided that this was the perfect time to find the motivation to try something new - like a sports bra. It's September in Louisiana, and the days are still HOT! The high is still around 95 degrees a lot of days.
